World Water Day 2007/ Manuscript now available!
Equity and rights, cultural and ethical issues are essential to be addressed when dealing with limited water resources. Imbalances between availability and demand, the degradation of groundwater and surface water quality, intersectoral competition, interregional and international disputes, all center around the question of how to cope with scarce water resources.
As themes for World Water Day are similar to The Drops Of Life we want to celebrate the day and send our contribution: The English manuscript of The Drops Of Life is now available here! If your school is interested in performing the global premiere with us on 29th of May just send your contact information here.Download the English manuscript (and sheet music) here.

Preparations in Botswana
We had decided to have our own perspective about the play and stage it our way. There are four (4) government schools that have shown interest and have started working on the play.the schools are John Nswazwi Junior Secondary, Sua Junior Secondary, Nxakato Junior Secondary, and Dukwi Junior Secondary. Teachers of Enlish language also play a major role in assisting us to achieve our objectives. These schools have worked as partners in so many activities, that is why we are sure that this activity shall not fail.

Briefly about the songs
Song I: A Tickling Song : A funny song where animals feel itchy and scratch each other.
Song II : A Tree Planting Song: The animals plant their seeds and seedlings.
Song III: Water Blues : This song is about the importance of water. As animals are digging the ground searching for water this is a work song, a blues. Water Blues.
Song IV: There Are No Walls Between Us :The last song in the play, about the importance of environmental protection and co-operation.
To make this as easy as possible, we have made audio background music for participating schools. They can play the music on the background and sing. There is also sheet music available here in the blog.
Song IV: There Are No Walls Between Us
An instrumental version:
